Some NSV's

Hello to everyone!

It is now 11 weeks since my surgery and can now wear a watch. I haven't been able to wear one since my wrist was so large. It is awesome! I am down 62 lbs and feeling great. My husband and I went on a trip to Maryland on a bus. My husband commented he had more room since I lost weight. Felt really good, also he said in bed he has more room! It's these little things that mean alot to me. I have been following my meal plan and no cheating! This new way of life is so good. I am very grateful I haven't had difficulty with vomiting or anything else. 

It feels good to notice the changes as we lose our excess weight.  Sounds like your doing great!  Keep up the good work.
